RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with each and every Hearth and Homestead product you purchase. But if you're ever unsatisfied, we accept returns on all new, unopened items for 30 days after your order ships. Your refund will be issued as store credit. Sorry, but shipping charges are not refundable.

How to make a return

​

Returning your unused, unopened items is easy, but it's important to follow the instructions below to ensure your refund is approved and issued promptly.

Initiating a return

​​

To initiate your return, email us through our contact page. Please include your order number in your email – this will make it a lot faster to process your return! Remember that we're unable to approve returns for orders older than 30 days or products that are no longer in new, unopened condition. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping.

Shipping your items

​

Once your return has been authorized, send your item in its original packaging to:​

(Please do not ship your items until we've authorized your return.)

For returns over $100, we recommend adding shipment tracking or shipping insurance. We can't issue you a refund if the shipping service loses your package in transit.​

Getting your refund

​

After we inspect your return, we'll send you an email to notify that your refund has been approved or explain why it has been rejected. Once we've approved your return, we'll issue store credit to your Hearth and Homestead account.

Damaged and defective items

​

We hold ourselves to a high quality standard, and we take great care to never send a customer a product we wouldn't use ourselves. But if you're reading this, it means we failed to uphold those standards with your order. We're extremely sorry about that, and we hope you'll give us the opportunity to earn back your trust.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so that we we can make things right. Once your return is authorized, we'll arrange for return shipping for the damaged product, then ship you a replacement at no additional cost.
