We source our beef suet (kidney fat) exclusively from small regenerative farms where cattle are rotationally grazed year-round and fed a 100% grass-based diet. These healthy animals produce a rich, golden tallow naturally high in skin-supporting vitamins and minerals.

Every batch is hand-processed in-house from start to finish. We carefully sort and clean the suet by hand, then use a proprietary low-heat, dry-rendering process to preserve nutrients and create a clean, light, buttery aroma — never using chemical agents or additives.
