Crunchy Apple Cider Vinegar Shampoo Bar - Produces good lather and is probably perfect for those with shorter hair; unfortunately like all the castille soaps I've tried it makes my long hair feel like straw and very difficult to detangle. On a positive note, if I had shorter hair I would definitely use it because it makes the hair feel thicker and have more body. It's a good soap; it's just not for long hair. If you have short thin and/or fine hair you should try it.

I have always had such oily hair and decided to finally “oil train” my hair and had come to peace with the fact that was hair was going to be an oily mess for a while.
