I'm torn about this one.
Ive been buying H&H for years. Recenlty something changed where the best I can tell, this balm began to irritate my skin.
I emailed customer service to say I've been buying products for years and asked if they could do a refund (even an exchange would be reasonable so I'm not out $70 for a full jar I can't use).
They wouldn't compensate, instead saying they'd send me a sample of another product I can pay for full-price.
That lack of full resolution is the reason for the 1-star. Doing a spot sample wouldn't have changed the product was open/used and disqualified me for any refund or exchange, but how is someone supposed to know that without using it or after using for years?
I don't hate the company - I do think their refund policy needs to catch up.
It IS enough to make me look at a different brand with a favorable customer-satisfaction/refund policy.
Hi Arielle, we’re sorry to hear that Wild Bloom is no longer agreeing with your skin after you’ve enjoyed our products for so many years. We absolutely understand how frustrating that can be. There have not been any changes to our formula at all, though of course seasonal fluctuations in different natural ingredients can cause slight variances in smell and color.
Because skincare products cannot be restocked or resold once opened and used, our return policy does limit returns to unopened products. This is standard policy across our world of handmade products.
That said, we certainly didn’t want to leave you without a solution. Our team offered an alternative product that we thought might be better suited to your skin and sent you a complimentary sample of Citrine on August 12—you are not required to purchase anything in order to try it. We hope you received it and would love to hear how it works for you.
I had to buy another one of these. I love using it in the mornings , leaves my face skin moisturized and lite. And its great to use before i use my minerals make up. And smells wonderful
I am still on my first jar but so far I love it!
This face cream is amazing. My skin loves it. To be honest, I had to get past the smell at first, but the way it makes my skin feel and look surpasses any scent. The scent also fades right after applying. I apply at night and my skin still feels like a baby's bottom in the morning.

Product great, packaging is pretty but the opening is small and will need to use a tip or something to get it all out!! Otherwise 5 stars
I am loving all of the products. I have this and which is nice. I think it helps with my rosacea? Not sure if it’s this but I absolutely LOVE there repetitive retinal serums it feelssoooo good on my face. It leaves a nice glow and my skin looked more smooth and wrinkles looks much less. I also got their Pearl anti aging serumbut I’ve used it once so I can’t say. My smile lines are much less noticeable because it’s barely red and I used to smoke and my mouth lines are barely visible. I hope they never change the formulas. I am in just complete shock. Best I’ve ever used. The retinal serum smells very earthy , like after it rains maybe… I love the smell but I noticed people saying they didn’t like the smell.The wild bloom smells amazing! Not earthy at all. It’s a soft clean a tiny sweet scent.
I love this face cream. My face is always super sensitive to face creams and usually breaks out within a few days of using them. This cream feels so good on my face and neck and NO breakouts. I was worried about the smell, but I love it. The smell is very light but refreshing.
I just recently started to use this, so far it's a game changer. I highly recommend it

I haven’t used it long enough to see results yet, but I received what I expected and it feels very light and hydrating on my face. The sent of it is a little “different” but I think that comes with the territory. The scent isn’t overly strong or lasting, just when applied.
I'm obsessed. Have been ordering on repeat for the past year.
